Measuring Up

All properties inspected will be so thoroughly. Homes and buildings are laser measured and you will be provided with a detailed sketch of the home, rooms and property – with measurements shown. You can rely on our measurements. You will also be provided with a legal plan of the site, from the land titles office.

Home History

We will provide a history of the property including the date of home construction, date of substantial renovations and a review of past ownership. This history includes a search of municipal records for recorded hazards, such as grow ops and other toxic substances.

Risk Aversion

In addition to a municipal search, we will also inspect the property and title  thoroughly to ensure that all risks related to the property are identified. Risks can include easements, covenants, noise influences, neighbourhood influences and encroachments.

Detailed Report Quality

Our reports are narrative in format to ensure that all information required is presented formally and fully. Images, maps, plans and other addenda is all included and we provide detail in regards to the properties mechanical qualities and finishes, far more that the standard appraisal report form.
